Book meme yoinked from joetimewaster 33 :D

The Big Read reckons that the average adult has only read 6 of the top 100 books they've printed.

    1) Look at the list and bold those you have read.
    2) Italicise those you intend to read.
    3) Underline the books you LOVE, add and strikeout the books you read but didn't like.
    4) Reprint this list in your own LJ so we can try and track down these people who've read only 6 or less and make them read.

Reasons why i need a holiday Or reasons why i shouldn't work with people.
Ok so i was that pissed off with my computer at work today that i actually started envisioning myself wrapping my hands around the base of the monitor stand and throttling the life out of it..........

I'm not sure what disturbs me the most...

the fact that something got me that angry that i actually started fantizing about committing murder( and i could have happily done it with a smile on my face and song in my heart) or that fact that WHat i wanted to kill was never really alive to start with :-/

    Hi everybody!!

So yeah been ages since i updated on here, no real reason just couldn't be bothered!!! yay lazyness. Well whats been happening since i last updated. To start with i gots me a hot woman! :D :D :D her name is Sam and she's gorgeous! Yay me! Erm the band is sort of going well but not! after the useless singer left for pastures american we kinda had to find a new singer so we spent an age exhausting all possiblities only to finally go with a clone of said useless singer ( i'm only joking stu :P) nah seriously hes great. While we where at it we decided that a second guitarist might be quite nice so we hired a guitar God who goes by the name of Ad :D yay! Now it's all Practice Practice practice getting them up to speed! Errr what else has been going on...... OOh my bro got engaged that was fun and lead to much partying..... ...... ...... nope can't think of anything else news worthy.

Oh well If ya wanna see the new band guys go check out www.myspace.com/sixdaysober there is even three lovely recorded tracks on there for you to listen to featuring the dynamic duo :P

Other than that hope everyone is having a fun filled time and i'll catch ya on the flip

What American accent do you have?
    Created by Xavier on Memegen.net

New York City. You are most definitely from New York City. Not New Jersey, not Connecticut. If you are from Jersey then you can probably get into New York City in 10 minutes or less.

Southern. Love it or hate it, your accent says you're probably from somewhere south of the Ohio River.

Take this quiz now - it's easy!
We're going to start with "cot" and "caught." When you say those words do they sound the same or different?

    Weddings, flowers and misdemeanours!
So yeah excellent weekend for LIttle richrad Maca's wedding it was as fair tale as they come and there was a lot of fun had by all, we laughed we joked we drank (oh god how we drank). The problem is it's now bringing into focus the total lack of a lady in my life. I'm not one of these people that has t have a girlfriend to feel good about myself but i miss haveing someone to hold and cuddle up to in bed. It kinda goes without saying that i miss sex but hey thats why we have the internet! I'm feeling kinda lonely at the moment and it's no ones fault but my own, i need to get out there and meet someone new (hey i went out for the first time in ages last week and practicall got attacked by a hot girly so it does happen) but the problem i have is that i have no money for a lot of the time and it's causeing me to miss opportunities that i could be having. ahhh ignore me i'm just a little hung over and down about ladies in general i'll get over it

    peace out ma bruvas

    ooh

P.S. I got a new job which starts jan so hopefully the money thing will be sorted soon :D

    You are The Sun

    Happiness, Content, Joy.

The meanings for the Sun are fairly simple and consistent.

Young, healthy, new, fresh. The brain is working, things that were muddled come clear, everything falls into place, and everything seems to go your way.

The Sun is ruled by the Sun, of course. This is the light that comes after the long dark night, Apollo to the Moon's Diana. A positive card, it promises you your day in the sun. Glory, gain, triumph, pleasure, truth, success. As the moon symbolized inspiration from the unconscious, from dreams, this card symbolizes discoveries made fully consciousness and wide awake. You have an understanding and enjoyment of science and math, beautifully constructed music, carefully reasoned philosophy. It is a card of intellect, clarity of mind, and feelings of youthful energy.

    Dreams :D
OK so i just had to tell someone about this ace dream i had last night. Ok so has anyone seen SKy Captain and the world of tomorrow. Well my dream was like that. I was Pilot in a spitfire but it wasn't an normal spitfire it had like a hyperspace drive or something cause i could jump vast distances in seconds by opening a window in front of the plane and flying through it! Any way the dream went like this I was leading a squadron of bomber pilots on a training mission miles from home ( we all had the distance covering hyperspace thingys) and after we had finished the training mission we all jumped back to the base but when we got there it was being attacked by zeppelins!!! it was at that point i woke up!!! it was a very strange dream but i woke up in a great mood this morning! Anyway that was my dream it was nice I've told you about it i feel better! see ya :D

    owww!!!
OK so this is gonna take some time to explain and since i've been having a wierd and not altogether great week it might ramble a bit. So yeah, wednesday was my birthday! yay you might say but ahhh the hangover was hell! I went to visit my friend sue and we dank way way way to much JD, went to bed at 5:30 fell asleep about 6:00 and was up again by 8 :o no that wasn't funny! So yeah anyway, we're off to henly to finnish the recording on friday so i know that i need to get up early and decided that i'm gonna stay awake all day thursday so that i can get a decent nights sleep and get up bright and early on friday, ok this is where it all goes wrong, see i got a book for my birthday called a million little pieces by a guy called James Frey, I would reckomend that everyone that reads this goes and buys a copy cause it's fooking brilliant. So anyway i manage to get through the day with a little effort and some caffine and i'm doing ok, but then i get into bed about 9 thinking i'll just read a bit of my book and go to sleep, but oh no, once i'd picked it up i couldn't put the thing down, next thing i know I've read it cover to cover in a single night and it's now 3 am :( at this point i realise that if i go to sleep now i will completely over sleep and miss dan turning up in the morning, so i decide that the best course of action is to simply stay awake wait for dan and then i can sleep in the car on the way to henly!!! good plan me thinks! so i sit down stairs watch some truely terrible TV and drink much more coffee, now you need to remeber that i got up about 9 am on wednesday, went through the entire day and the entire night, got two hours sleep at sues and then stayed awake all day thusday so I've had about two to three hours sleep in about the last 40 hours :( i'm a little fucked! So anyway i make it through to 6 am and dans comes round and picks me up. great i think i can finally get some sleep, only i don't sleep well in cars so i mange to get about half an hour to an hours kip and i'm still not doing good! we get to henly and the mornings recording goes ok, then things got strange, see me and Andy had basically only gone along for the ride as all our recording was finnished the first time we where down there, so at lunch time we head into town and go for a meal at the weatherspooons pub in henly, on the way there the heavens truely opened and not being amazing forward thinkers only dan had bothered to bring an umbrella, so me and andy dive into a shop and each buy ourselves and umbrella! we eat the meal and Dan and Chris head back up to the studio and me and Andy decided we where gonna have a few more beers and then head back up later, so anyway we kill a few pleasant hours in the pub drinking beer and talking about shit, then at about 3 we decided to go get ourselves a coffe and head back up to the studio, so we wandered round the corner to cafe nero and ordered an espresso each hmmm that was nice we think! let have another one! in the end we each drank 11 shots of espresso in less than 20 mins and we are bouncing off the walls and are wondering how many more we'd need to vibrate into a parrallel universe! Anyway we walk back up to the studio ( by this point it'd stopped raining) so we're carrying our newly purchased unbrellas and pretending they are lightsabers as we're walking up the road. We get up to the corner by the stuido still flying like kites and acting like children and as we turn the corner i smashed the back of my hand off the end of Andy's umbrella, which let me tell you hurt like a bitch :( so now we're back at the studio my hand is in serious pain and i'm so full of caffine that i can't stop moving. anyway the rest of the day is pretty much a blur of caffine induced proportions I got home at about 10 last night feeling like shit and ruing the day i'd ever heard of Cafe nero :( and i still haven't slept so it's now been well over 36 hours since i slept well and i've only had 3-4 hours in the last 60 i'm fooking knackered!!!!! :( and then to make matters even worse i woke up this morning feeling like shit and i'm not in any shape to go out so i'm not doing anyof the plans that i had laid out for myself this weekend! :( oh My God it's been a fucking wierd week, full of intense highs and soe of the lowest lows I've had in a long time!
